Mixed-methods developmental researcher and program evaluator with expertise in applied, translational research and implementation studies re: child development, infant mental health, family engagement and parenting, and developmental and relational interventions in home-visiting and early care and education settings. Proficient in design, leadership, supervision and coordination/management of research and evaluation projects. Strong working knowledge of evaluation design, community-based participatory research (CPBR), implementation and improvement science, quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, policy trends in early childhood development, including best practices in prevention and/or intervention research. Ability to work with communities and systems to implement evidence-based practice. Senior management experience in program development, operations, staffing and support services. Demonstrated ability to present and publish in scholarly and professional outlets. Strong writing skills and ability to translate research to policy, practice and general audiences. Fifteen years of experience working with underserved, low-income, high-risk populations (e.g., culturally-diverse, urban, rural and tribal communities).
